I hereby assume liability for any accident or injury that may occur during my/my child's participation in this program. Nash County Arts Council, its directors, and/or other parties related to the organization or its programming shall not be held liable for any claims for injuries or damages whatsoever, resulting from or connected with this program. I further disclaim any liability caused by intentional or unintentional negligence.
